Terms of Service
The agreement between you and UOUODUO Labs for use of the AI gateway.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and UOUODUO Labs [registered legal entity and jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel] (“UOUODUO”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the UOUODUO AI gateway, websites, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. The Service
UOUODUO routes API requests to third-party model providers. Model availability, routing behaviour, pricing, and features may change as the Service evolves. We are an independent gateway and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the upstream model providers.
3. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, all applicable laws, and the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend or restrict access for suspected violations, security risks, or non-payment.
4. Fees and billing
Paid usage is billed according to the pricing presented at the time of use, including any gateway margin disclosed on our pricing pages. Prepaid credits and subscription terms are described in the product. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Customer content and provider terms
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you receive, subject to the rights of the underlying providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit your content and for your use of outputs. Requests and outputs may be transmitted to and processed by third-party providers under their own terms.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, our software, and our trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that model outputs will be accurate or fit for any purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the [3] months before the event giving rise to the claim. 9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
